==Douglas Pearson== has over 30 years experience in organizational development and training, running his own businesses and in general management. He partners with other consultants nationally and internationally to staff large projects or to deliver special services. He is an HRD Press Performance Technology Group Executive.
Doug has a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a Ph.D (ABD) from U.C.L.A. He has taught at Southern Methodist University (where he also ran the M.B.A. program), The University of Puget Sound, Pacific Lutheran University and Houston Baptist University. He also directed all employee development programs at Panhandle Eastern Corporation for nine years.

Lead Associate ==Jose L. Jiménez== has an engineering degree from the University of Texas and a Masters degree from the University of Houston. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and service with the General Electric Company. He has extensive international experience in training and consulting in Quality and ISO 9000 program development and implementation. He is a partner in Pearson/Jimenez & Associates and operates International Quality Consulting.
